For an hour we all come together in costume to play spooky musical games like picking activities from the magical bag of wonders.

Lots of lovely spring performances from kids growing in both talent and height!

The second concert was in front of the Old Globe theater and their Grinch Christmas tree.  Many theater goers enjoyed our music in between performances of the Grinch.  It was a beautiful setting and the students enjoyed playing for a big crowd. ​

Our annual performance at the Del Mar Fairgrounds was another hit!

For the first time we had "Book-Back Recitals".  Students had to choose a solo piece that was at least seven pieces back from their current working piece.   They were able to use more advanced technique, such as vibrato, on a piece they knew so well.  They were also allowed to make their own variation of the piece if they wanted, such as changing the key and playing all up-bow staccato.

These recitals were the most confident and creative we've ever had!
